Part time Optical Receptionist – Darlaston, Walsall, West Midlands
 
My client, a well-established, friendly, independent practice in the Darlaston area, has a vacancy for a Part time Optical Receptionist (optical experience is preferable).
 
The successful candidate will have great customer service skills, be well organised and be IT literate.
 
The role will involve;
Making appointments,
Answering the phone,
Meeting and greeting the patients',
Inputting information on the computer and advising patients' on products.
Collections
Dispensing glasses when require
Patient enquiries
 
The role is 16 hours a week; 2 week days plus one Saturday morning a month
Working hours;
Week days; 9.00am -5.30pm
Saturday ( once a month ); 9.00am – 1.00pm
Salary will be the Living wage; £11.44 per hour
