Experienced Optical Assistant - Monday to Friday - Ilford Essex and surrounding areas

My Client, an Optical Domiciliary Company, is looking to recruit a full time experienced Optical Assistant.

This is a Monday to Friday role and you will not be required to work Bank Holidays either, the position will carry out home visits and some nursing and care homes accompanying and assisting an optometrist within the Essex area.

You must possess excellent dispensing skills at all levels and have a sympathetic approach and empathy as most patients are elderly and infirm and some suffer from dementia. You will be assisting the Optometrist and also carry out fittings and aftercare when required.

It is important you are a confident driver as you will be out on the road a lot of the time.
