Experienced Optical Assistant - Monday to Friday, Notting Hill, West London

My client an upcoming online Optical Company currently has a vacancy for an experienced Optical Assistant to work in their customer service and care department alongside a Qualified Dispensing Optician, the company is located in West London, this is a Monday to Friday role no weekends required.

Duties;

You will be looking after all online and telephone enquiries
Advising customers' on the type of frames and products the company can offer
Decipher prescriptions


Skills required;

Excellent customer service skills over the phone
You will be IT proficient
Well-motivated
Good organisational skills
Good listening and empathetic skills
Able to work on your own initiative
Be well organised
A Team player

Working hours;

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
