Optical Practice Manager - Lymington, Hampshire

An experienced 'hands on' Optical Manager is required for a medium sized Multiple Opticians in the Lymington area. It is essential the successful candidate does have optical experience. The successful candidate will have good management skills and able to look after a team of 15 staff, there are 3 tests rooms and they also carry out Hearing Care.

Skills required;
Excellent Management skills ( either as a manager/assistant manager )
Keen Team player; able to motivate and direct your staff at all times
Have an understanding of KPI's and sales targets
Excellent customer service skills
Can dispense at all levels, and have good optical experience
Drive to push the business forward


The store is open 6 days' a week; Monday to Saturday and you will be required to work 5 days' with a day off in the week.
Working hours; 8.30am to 5.30pm
