Hearing Care Manager - Chippenham, Wiltshire

My client a leading Optical and Hearing Care Company, are looking to recruit a manager for their Hearing Care branch in Chippenham, they are very happy to consider candidates who have worked in other healthcare sectors i.e optical, dental or medical practices. You do not necessarily have to have worked as a manager before, but are keen to progress into this type of role and feel you have the necessary skills;
An ideal candidate will have the following;

Knowledge of KPIs and targets
Good team player
Customer focussed
Well motivated
Good administration skills

The current team is small; 1 Sales Adviser and an Audiologist/Hearing Care Dispenser, and they test 2 days a week at present, but will be potentially increasing this to 3-4 days within the next 6 months, so need a manager who can help achieve this.

They are offering a very competitive salary depending on experience with good bonus potential
