Hearing Care Manager - Chippenham, Wiltshire

My client a leading Optical and Hearing Care Company, are looking to recruit a manager for their small branch in Chippenham, the ideal candidate will have the following;

Have an understanding of Hearing Care
Knowledge of KPIs and targets
Good team player
Customer focussed
Well motivated
Good administration skills

The current team is small; 1 Sales Adviser and an Audiologist/Hearing Care Dispenser, and they test 2 days a week at present, but will be potentially increasing this to 3-4 days within the next 6 months, so need a manager who can help achieve this.

The position would suit a candidate who has either worked in hear care or an opticians, and are now looking for progression into a management role

They are offering a very competitive salary depending on experience with good bonus potential
