Full time Recruitment Administrator/Locum Consultant - Birmingham
Network Open are leading providers of healthcare recruitment, specialising in Optical and Audiology recruitment. Operating from our office in Edgbaston in Birmingham, we provide recruitment solutions on a worldwide basis. We are currently looking for a full time recruitment administrator / locum consultant for our Optical desk.
Managing compliance documentation, taking responsibility to ensure the healthcare professional is compliant in alignment with governing bodies and within their industry sector.
Drafting and placing job advertisements online
Establishing contacts to help build the client database
Utilising social media sources and assisting with marketing
Confirming bookings and generating invoices
Looking after the Locum Optical side of the business, placing locum Optometrists' and Qualified Dispensing Opticians.
The environment is described as fast moving and extremely busy. Ideally you will have some experience of working within a similar role.
The ideal candidate will be:
Able to work on own initiative and deliver results under pressure against tight deadlines
Well organised with good administrative skills
Have effective listening skills
Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work; results and self-motivated
Manage your time effectively - prioritise and multi task
Able to provide excellent customer service
Honest, reliable, hard working with the need for client confidentiality and discretion
Able to show a high level of computer literacy
This position is full time, salary is negotiable depending on experience.
