Refer a Friend

There is no greater compliment to our business than a referral. Network Open is offering a referral award scheme to incentivise you to recommend us to your friends and colleagues.

We will pay you up to 10% of the fee we charge our client, to a maximum of £250 for successful referrals that we place in a permanent role.

For locum referrals, we will offer you a £50 bonus once your recommended friend or colleague completes 50 hours work through us.

The small print!

  1. For permanent placements, we pay you the referral award by cheque when we've been paid by our client and the rebate period has expired.
  2. The referee must not already be known to us or, if they are already on our database, must have had no contact with any Network Open representative for a minimum of 12 months.
